Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the 5th Republic verification website, public stock pages, admin panel features, and related Discord bot integrations.
1. Service Description
The service links a user’s Roblox account to a Discord account for community verification. It may check Roblox account age, Roblox group rank, restricted-group membership, blocklist status, and duplicate account linking before granting Discord server roles.
2. Relationship with Roblox and Discord
This service is not operated, sponsored, endorsed, or officially affiliated with Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. Use of Roblox and Discord is also governed by their respective terms, community standards, developer policies, and privacy policies.
3. User Responsibilities
- Use only your own Discord and Roblox accounts.
- Do not impersonate another person or submit false verification information.
- Do not attempt to bypass verification, roles, tickets, rate limits, or admin controls.
- Do not use bots, scripts, automation, or malicious requests to overload the service.
- Do not share Roblox passwords, Roblox cookies, Discord tokens, or other secrets with anyone.
- Follow Roblox, Discord, and 5th Republic community rules.
4. Verification and Roles
Verification may be automatic or subject to admin review. The operator may deny, suspend, revoke, or re-check verification if requirements are not met, abuse is detected, or community safety requires it.
5. Tickets and Admin Review
If automatic verification cannot be completed, the service may create a Discord support ticket or send a review request to staff. Staff decisions may result in approval, denial, role changes, nickname changes, or additional verification steps.
6. Virtual Stock and Community Economy Features
Any stock charts, indices, balances, public funds, holdings, or trade records shown by the service are fictional community/game features only. They are not real financial products, securities, investment advice, gambling services, or cash-value assets. Real-money trading, betting, gambling, fraud, and cash-out behavior are prohibited.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Unauthorized access to admin pages, APIs, databases, bot tokens, cookies, or server files.
- Attempting to exploit bugs, elevate privileges, or tamper with verification results.
- Harassment, spam, hate content, threats, malware, credential theft, or doxxing.
- Using the service to violate Roblox or Discord rules.
- Using multiple accounts to evade moderation or verification restrictions.
8. Suspension, Removal, and Enforcement
The operator may restrict website access, remove Discord roles, deny verification, close tickets, block users, or take community moderation action when these terms or community rules are violated.
9. Changes and Availability
The service may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued for maintenance, security, platform policy changes, or operational reasons. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
